Zoey 101 is Getting a Reboot

Most people thought they would never hear Jamie Lynn Spears say the famous words, “Are You Ready” ever again. But here we are 12 years later since the show got canceled and those well-known words have brought hope for 2020. Spears recently posted a video on Instagram announcing a new reboot for Zoey 101. The show hasn’t been on air since Spears got pregnant at 16, and now it’s back. Most members of the old cast will continue to play their original roles. Quinn, Logan, Micheal, Chase, and Zoey are all back, but this time they’re here to take on the adult world. Nevertheless like many reboots, there will be some new faces including Chantel Jeffries, Harry Jowsey, JoJo Siwa, Noah Beck, Dixie D’Amelio, and more. Yet, do we really think adding TikTok and reality stars is a good idea? A great majority of the people who will be watching are older now and aren’t big fans of these social media stars. Multiple of the stars are relatively new to the media presence and haven’t gotten the chance to get real acting skills. So will the reboot even have good enough acting, probably not. The only chance of it having any potentially good acting is having the old cast members take their roles again. Unfortunately, production has been delayed because of COVID. However, that only gives us fans enough time to think about what the reboot will have in store for them. Will Chase and Zoey finally had the chance to have a real relationship? Are Logan and Quinn still together? Does Stacy stutter come back? What happens to Micheal, Lola, Dustin, and more?
