Amazon sells Covid-19 Cures?

We all know that you can buy almost anything on Amazon, but how is it possible that they have a cure for Covid-19 before one has been created?  Well, the truth is that they don’t in fact have a cure, instead third-party sellers are selling forms of bleach on Amazon, and are marketing it as a cure to help “disinfect” yourself from the Coronavirus.  This bleach is being marketed as “MMS”, or “Miracle Mineral Solution”and yes, people are consuming drops of this in hopes that it will protect them from Covid-19.   Unfortunately the American Association of Poison Control Center has reported that there have been around 16,000 new cases of chlorine dioxide poisoning ranging from people of all ages, since it has come out that people believe that MMS can cure Covid.  Even after a warning from the American Food and Drug Administration, the products “CD Kit” and “NatriChlor” are still listed on Amazon. It is appalling that people are purchasing these products as a hopeful cure for Covid-19 even with customer reviews such as “This product is not intended to be consumed.  IT WILL KILL YOU IF YOU DRINK IT.”, people referring to it as “Snake Medicine”, and stating the risks of consuming it in the comments.  Almost all of the comments on these products are negative, stating the risks of consuming them, however they are still listed on the website.

Amazon is a very trusted company that many people go to in order to purchase products they need, or sometimes just go on a shopping spree.  I strongly believe that since we all rely on Amazon so much, we trust that all of their products are safe, unless they have a warning in the description.  One of these products does not even have a description of the product with a warning that this product is not to be consumed.  I personally never look over the comments of a product before I purchase it, but in this case the comments are the only place where you can find out that “NatriChlor” is dangerous and not to be consumed.
